
Salesforce.org has been a long-time leader in philanthropic giving in education and workforce development. When I joined the company in 2017, I realized the passion running throughout the company to help future leaders thrive, but I saw a need for the language to help explain why.
From that need, I helped create a brand called Future Ready. Working cross-functionally with numerous stakeholders, we created a name, logo, narrative, and platform. This brand wrapper enabled all stakeholders at the company with the language to talk about its philanthropic giving.
I helped develop a key storytelling video and also developed the first-ever social media campaign to showcase the moving stories of the teachers, students, and Salesforce employees impacted by Future Ready.
